The property was fairly clean and staff was attentive and exceptionally polite. The hotel's location was nice, very close to many restaurants, attractions in Springfield, and big shopping centre. It also was back to the fair.

We liked exceptionally nice breakfasts!
Stayed in modern twin room with a bathroom. Some of the staff members were really friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location was good - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Loved my such wonderful stay for the next two nights of my stay. The location was marvellous and convenient there, to attractions in Springfield. Had brunch in the Chili's Grill & Bar, located nearby. I was satisfied with brand-new and attractive rooms complete with balcony, microwave plus the bathroom.
Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The King room was pretty comfy overall. The bed and pillows felt great, really soft sheets. The bathroom was decent but had a weird shower setup. Reaching across the water flow to adjust it was a bit tricky. Clean room, so that was a plus!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated their helpfulness in guiding me to my room. The location was great, just a few minutes from local attractions. The room was comfortable with decent amenities, but I noticed the carpet showed signs of wear and could benefit from a deep clean. The air conditioning unit near the bed created a bit of a draft at night.
